Transit Neglect

Can you believe the safety of our Sky Train Platforms here in Vancouver.

Such a wonderful place to be if your looking to be robbed or beaten. Especially for those doing the robbing or the beating.

BC Transit Police will actually let you walk away free with charges to your being. Of course unless you fail to pay a fee for a ticket then they will tazer you to the ground.

See they will let you rob and beat passengers but not let you away with a free ride.

Read the newspapers and watch the news this is thier latest events around the Skytrains and then they don't even keep the video camera copies longer then 4 hours. So if you are beaten and your offenders get away longer then 4 hours they are then given a slap on the wrist because it can't be proven because transit is too cheap to keep the video and just put in another tape or at least  keep it for 48 hours unless evidence is on it before erasing it.

I  feel when the Transit Police asked for guns they should have asked for brains also and this would really helped the citizens of Vancouver feel safer on Transit.

I feel personally and think that Transit has to take another look at it's safety regulations for it's citizens because when it allows swarmers to walk away free after they beat up a teen girl especially after they allowed the same thing to happen last year to a young man then something is wrong. Knowing they tazer passengers who fail to pay a ticket fare? Odd isn't it?

Doesn't that make you question why they were given guns in the first place?

Well wake up Transit I am sure that I am not the only one that you have upset in Vancouver.
